Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical services team, you will provide on-site remedial and preventative services on a wide range of electro-mechanical devices, ensuring excellent service delivery and building positive customer relationships.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing wagering and gaming equipment located within our venues, clubs, and pubs. This will involve conducting preventative maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations. You will also prioritize and manage work schedules to achieve the best outcomes for both the customer and the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • An interest in electronics with some prior experience servicing electronic equipment, whether gained through work, hobbies, or personal projects.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Integrity, respect, and a can-do attitude.
  • A willingness to obtain and maintain applicable licenses, and a full driver's license.
