We're seeking an experienced retail leader to oversee the efficient operation of stores and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, achieving sales targets, and controlling costs.

The Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about leading and inspiring a team to succeed. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all store operations run smoothly and efficiently, while also driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, and wage control
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Closely monitor store sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Effectively manage wage costs and rostering to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge, and to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior retail management role
  • Proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales growth
  • Strong operational and strategic skills, with experience in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for leading and inspiring a team
