
Driving Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction

As a key player in driving sales campaigns and delivering customized repairs, you will be responsible for client activity coordination during project development phases.
Located at our state-of-the-art Tonsley Service Centre, you will actively manage a designated account base, creating business opportunities and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth for the service centre.
- Manage select accounts that are crucial to the centre's success.
- Collaborate with Client Managers to secure repair opportunities.
- Continuously build customer knowledge to expand into new markets.
- Enhance customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Develop and promote sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the team to develop repair proposals and present them with a compelling value proposition.
- Maintain timely market analysis and stay competitive.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or 5+ years of technical experience in the energy industry.
- Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment; experience with steam turbines and compressors preferred.
- Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within customer organizations.
- Proven track record of profitable business growth and a customer-centric mindset.
- Good understanding of the Australian oil & gas and industrial markets.
- Demonstrated success in projects or service business execution and contract negotiation.
- Team player who can influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel.
