As a leader, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and sales growth. You will lead teams with passion and enthusiasm, striving for excellence in every customer interaction. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years' experience working in a retail environment, with leadership and coaching skills.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Support recruitment and motivate the team to drive sales.
- Work closely with the management team to implement strategies and achieve results.
- Monitor and report performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
