- Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to design and implement a sales strategy that supports both growth and profitability while embracing diverse perspectives.
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, focusing on understanding their unique needs and delivering personalized solutions.
- Advocate for our comprehensive range of services, spare parts, rentals, and contracts with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales orders, reports, and documentation with accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring alignment with both client and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in meetings, providing valuable feedback, and maintaining detailed CRM records.
- Follow our Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards with integrity.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and develop effective sales strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Service Promotion: Strong marketing and promotional skills, ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients.
