Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Retail Department Leader (Coordinator). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading from the front, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Train and develop your team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and minimize waste
