Account Growth Specialist

The role of Account Growth Specialist plays a pivotal part in post-sales client relationships. Ensuring the effective adoption of our platform is crucial to campaign management and account expansion opportunities.

This specialist collaborates closely with various teams, including Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross-functional teams, to maximize campaign ROI for customers. With expertise in RTB/programmatic media buying, this individual optimizes campaigns and develops unique solutions to meet client satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact for clients across diverse verticals
  • Designing bespoke campaign strategies within our platform
  • Ensuring successful client campaigns through regular reporting, strategic solutions, and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
  • Setting up and trafficking advertising campaigns on our DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
  • Identifying upselling opportunities and improving services such as developing tools, procedures, and reports to increase efficiency
  • Optimizing campaigns and recommending new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance regularly
  • Conducting in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, quarterly business reviews, and training/education
  • Providing strategic thought leadership and acting as a strategic advisor to clients
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Real-Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
  • Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
  • Focusing on retaining accounts and growing revenue
  • Able to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
  • Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
