Customer Success Manager Job Opportunity

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position based out of our Melbourne office. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional post-sales experience to customers, supporting their adoption and retention of our product suite.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions-focused post-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction, product adoption, and partnership growth.
  • Help customers adopt and activate our product suite.
  • Maintain regular customer contact, ensuring activity KPIs and SLAs are met.
  • Ensure customers are up-to-date on product changes and developments.
  • Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally.
  • Lead issue resolution and escalation management.
  • Ensure CRM records are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing Sales / Customer Success / Account Management / Support roles.
  • Knowledge of childcare management software is essential.
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Emotional intelligence and a strong understanding of direct debit and real-time payment solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM management (Salesforce) and Microsoft suite.
