Job DescriptionThe role of a Course Coordinator is to ensure the smooth delivery of essential training programs. This involves coordinating with instructors, managing resources, and driving quality in a collaborative setting.
This work contributes to the Royal Australian Navy's operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and update course programs and the Navy Training Plan
- Manage student assessments and trainee progress in compliance with standards
- Support instructors with resources and individual training plans
- Ensure the quality of course delivery and collect feedback for improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to allocate training resources effectively
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- The ability to achieve and maintain a defence security clearance of NV1 or higher
- Proficiency in Office tools and strong organisational skills
- High-level written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of RAN training policy and processes
- Experience in personnel and resource management
- A collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills
