Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and deliver training programs. As a Course Manager Or Instructor, you will play a key role in the planning, execution, and evaluation of our training initiatives.

  • Delivery of instructional content that meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Effective management of courses conducted by our Training Wing, ensuring timely completion and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Administrative and clerical support to course delivery, administration, and governance, including the generation of required documentation and outputs.
  • Provision of support services to meet emergent deadlines and ensure seamless program delivery.
Evaluation Criteria
  • Experience in delivering instructional content relating to Special Forces rural and urban movement, close-quarter battle, roping, and military explosives.
  • Proven ability to plan and/or deliver training courses or curriculums that meet specific objectives and outcomes.
  • A valid NV1 security clearance, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the ADF and proven experience working as a high-level Project Support in Defence.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can span across the entire lifecycle of a course, from planning through delivery and execution, followed by review activities to support continuous improvement and course governance.
