Job Overview

This key role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional to ensure the highest standards of academic quality across our programs. You will support curriculum development, quality assurance processes, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

  • Coordinate and maintain quality assurance frameworks for course and program approval, review, and modification.
  • Collaborate with academic and professional staff to enhance curriculum development and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and submission of reports and supporting documents for academic governance bodies.
  • Support training initiatives and process improvements to elevate educational delivery.
  • Integrate student feedback and academic staff credentials into quality processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Education or relevant experience in higher education quality assurance, strong project coordination skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, proficiency in data analysis and education systems tools, and a collaborative mindset and passion for educational excellence.
