We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our project office and drive continuous business improvement.

Job Description
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the project office, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support audit activities and ensure compliance with relevant policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work completed meets quality standards and quality control measures.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders in requirements related matters.
  • Manage the implementation of a Requirements Change process and Benefits Realisation process.
  • Codification and Transfer of knowledge relating to activities work undertaken under this contract to Commonwealth Officers.

Technical Skills:

  • Plans and drives scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for large, complex initiatives. Selects, adopts and adapts appropriate requirements definition and management methods, tools and techniques.
  • Leads activities required in the realisation of the benefits of each part of the change programme. Identifies specific metrics and mechanisms to measure benefits and plans to activate these mechanisms at the required time.
  • Takes responsibility for the provision of portfolio, programme and project support. Advises on the available standards, procedures, methods, tools and techniques.
  • Investigates business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity. Adopts holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities.
