Senior Business Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our agribusiness and commercial business banking customer portfolios. As a Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and strengthening relationships with diverse clients.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement business growth strategies. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and provide mentorship to team members.
Main Responsibilities- Manage successful customer portfolios and lead business growth initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, fostering growth and prosperity.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive business outcomes and provide strategic guidance.
- Proven experience in a similar Senior Relationship Management/GM role.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing successful teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
