Job Description:

As a Client Services Response Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to inbound calls, addressing initial queries, and referring to relevant departments while maintaining accurate logs of calls received and case notes.

You will also be responsible for liaising with clients and employees regarding emergency shift changes or incidents in a professional and empathetic manner. Additionally, you will provide first response to incident reporting after hours and escalate incidents to management with urgency.

Furthermore, you will assist in maintaining all Quality and Compliance records, files, registers, and databases, as well as forms and templates. You will also comply with all health and safety legislation and guidelines.
