We're seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. This key role involves delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring every interaction is smooth, supportive and solutions-focused.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. They'll be proactive and solutions-focused, enjoying problem-solving and making processes more efficient for the benefit of the team.
Key responsibilities include communicating with clients, managing communication between clients, brokers and lenders, and providing updates on loan applications. The successful candidate will also identify opportunities to improve internal processes and elevate the client experience.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate complex information clearly, both in writing and verbally.
- Proactive and Solutions-Focused: Enjoying problem-solving and making processes more efficient for the benefit of the team.
- Excellent Organisational Skills: The ability to multitask and manage high volumes of client interactions at once amongst multiple brokers.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all client interactions and documentation.
