Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Client Experience Strategist. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing client-centric strategies to drive business growth.

  • Develop comprehensive client experience strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional client experiences;
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices;
  • Evaluate client feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve CX;
  • Stay ahead of the competition by continuously innovating and improving our client experience offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize analytics and insights to inform client experience strategy;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to agree upon processes for client interactions;
  • Support the conduct of market research to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Understand and improve CX across multiple channels;
  • Evaluate CX reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related field;
  • Depth of CX experience, including monitoring, researching, reporting, and uplifting;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and great stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience in insurance or financial services.
