About Us

The JPL Group is the largest specialty jewellery retail chain in Australia, comprising iconic brands - Prouds The Jewellers, Angus & Coote and Goldmark.

We have 460 privately owned and operated stores employing approximately 4,000 Team Members nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume a crucial role within the HR team, contributing to the development, execution, and evolution of key functions within the HR department.
  • Focus on recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction, leveraging your expertise in the early stages of the employee life cycle.

You will work closely with your small team to implement and administer related projects and associated HR tasks.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or equivalent role.
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in the fast-paced retail or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract and onboard front-line Team Members and their leaders effectively.
  • Highly skilled in learning and development, including presenting to senior leaders.
