About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing key functions within the HR department, aligning with the company's broader strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of new employees
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure effective and efficient HR processes

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a Business Partner or equivalent role
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Experience in the fast-paced retail or hospitality industry
  • Ability to attract and effectively onboard front-line employees and their leaders
  • Highly skilled in learning and development, including presenting to senior leaders
