Service Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling a team of electricians and plumbers, coordinating sub-contractors when needed, and ensuring that all work is completed on time in accordance with schedule requirements and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and coordinating work activities to ensure timely completion
- Monitor work progress using service management tools
- Schedule, distribute, and close out work order related activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting the company image
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and technicians over the phone
- Experience using service management software is a plus
- Capacity to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
