About the Role

The Senior Sales and Business Development Leader will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth
  • Identifying new areas of business growth and developing new product go-to-market strategies
  • Leading a high-performing sales team to deliver results-driven performance
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and prospects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of sales management experience
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Self-discipline and good planning and organizing capabilities
  • Results-driven with a strong work ethic
