Product Strategy Development Specialist

The Mulpha Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop product strategies and lead the product development pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies for promotional lines, awards, personal ID, work apparel, and other new products.
- Analyse customer needs, market trends, and market activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Partner with and negotiate with supply partners to secure high-quality products.
- Stay up-to-date with market dynamics, competitors, both established and emerging, to inform product development decisions.
- Lead the product development pipeline, ensuring commercially viable products that deliver required sales, margin, and return on investment.
- Manage client orders efficiently, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated passion for products and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong understanding of business and product development principles.
- Ability to develop and execute product and category strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a fair and collaborative approach.
- In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end product life cycle and delivery process.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to operate at pace.
