Strategic Leadership Development Specialist

G8 Education is a leading provider of early education and care services. We are committed to shaping the future by providing exceptional education and care to children.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Leadership Development Specialist to join our team on a 24-month contract.

  • The role involves designing, developing, and delivering the Leadership and Management Program as outlined in the Service Agreement between G8 Education and the Qld Government.
  • This includes administration and reporting, content and assessment design, and workshop/webinar facilitation.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Education and Care or equivalent experience.
  • Vocational qualification in training and assessment or equivalent experience.
  • Vocational or tertiary qualification in process mapping or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in capability development, project management within corporate or education sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build engaging online learning programs using various design programs and principles.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering learning initiatives, particularly in leadership and early education, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source all content and build the program (including assessment) within the G8 LMS.
  • Create and maintain the workshop delivery program within the G8 LMS.
  • Facilitate interactive, learner-centered sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) for individuals or groups.
  • Track and analyse key metrics related to student progress, workshop attendance, and compliance.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leaders to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
