Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced creative environment as a product developer.

You will be responsible for managing the development of allocated styles from handover to final approval, creating and sending technical packs, leading fit preparation and fittings, ensuring adherence to deadlines, sourcing fabrics and trims, and analyzing trade reports to assess product performance.

Your expertise will directly influence product fit, quality, and design integrity, and you will have the chance to work on trend-setting collections worn around the world.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in product development or technical roles within womenswear.
  • Hands-on experience with fittings, spec creation, grading, and construction.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel (Style Arcade and G-Suite advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • A problem-solving mindset with sharp attention to detail.
