Senior Sales Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to lead our commercial projects and drive sales strategy development.

About the Role:

The Senior Sales Development Manager will be responsible for assessing, evaluating and responding to requests for tender for commercial projects, and managing the process through to installation to ensure timely completion and a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership - Lead the team and contribute to the overall business performance by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Account Management - Manage and nurture profitable strategic relationships with key accounts/builders/resellers to deliver customer service excellence and profitability.
  • Business Development - Continuously improve the business in line with the strategic plan, promoting and leveraging opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence - Build and deliver expert knowledge of the market and competitors to the business.
  • Operational Excellence/Standard Work - Standardize processes and promote digital solutions for a seamless customer experience.
  • Pricing Management - Develop pricing strategies and discount management programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Service - Strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales volumes through providing a quality customer experience and superior product performance.

About You:

You will have previous installations, supervisory or project management experience within the construction industry. You will be commercially astute and have excellent communication and relationship management skills, as well as attention to detail and organisation skills.
