Chief Product Development Officer

As a Product Manager Associate, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to shape product direction, strategy, and roadmap for key offerings. You will drive the development and enhancement of product features, ensuring world-class solutions for internal and external customers.
The role involves supporting the Product Manager in executing all product lifecycle processes, including research, market analysis, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
You will also create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI for new feature development and planning within the roadmap.
Furthermore, you will act as Subject-Matter Expert (SME) on all product queries relating to feature development and the roadmap, and relay information to internal and external parties as required.
In addition, you will analyse market data to develop product strategies and define product objectives for effective go-to-market launches.
Additionally, you will manage, groom, and prioritise escalated support requests from the support team and backlogs.
Lastly, you will source internal and external customer feedback to facilitate product roadmap and prioritisation.
