Learning Consultant Role

This is a key position in our organisation, focusing on the design and delivery of impactful learning initiatives that drive professional growth and exceptional training experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive learning solutions aligned with organisational goals and capabilities.
  • Apply adult learning methodologies to create engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences.
  • Design flexible learning solutions tailored to meet diverse organisational needs.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analyses (LNAs) to identify skill/knowledge gaps.
  • Analyse and interpret employee learning data for reporting and evaluation purposes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in adult education or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult workplace learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Proven skills in instructional design and learning experience development.
  • Knowledge of learning principles and practices, as well as current trends in digital technologies.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
