Lead Professional Learning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Professional Learning Specialist to drive the delivery of high-quality professional learning for leaders and teachers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a shared understanding of workforce capability requirements and design strategies to implement formal professional learning programs aligned with departmental objectives.
  • Build capability in priority areas such as numeracy, literacy, and curriculum to strengthen instructional leadership.
  • Deliver programs to develop the leadership capability of future leaders and offer support to those in existing leadership roles.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams and driving performance improvement.
  • Significant experience in capability building, preferably in an education context, and as a strategic change agent in complex organisations.
  • Experience successfully leading a function and delivering results on time and with impact.
