Strategic Communications Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and deliver strategic communication initiatives that enhance learning journeys, stakeholder relationships, and the visibility of professional development programs.

  • This role plays a key part in designing, coordinating, and evaluating communications and engagement strategies that support professional learning and leadership development initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled communicator with strong stakeholder engagement experience and the ability to manage complex communications projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Lead communication campaign strategies across various mediums.
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee enrolment strategies and online promotion of professional learning programs.
  • Provide expert communications advice and manage risks.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Support continuous improvement through data analysis, feedback, and reporting.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication activities.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise outcomes under pressure.
  • Knowledge of marketing and communications theory, tools, and practices.
  • Experience with learner management systems and online content management systems.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of equal opportunity, work health and safety, and inclusive workplace practices.
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related discipline (desired).
