Learning and Development Strategist
Job Description:
This role requires a strategic approach to learning and development, with a focus on creating engaging experiences that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a range of learning initiatives that meet the diverse needs of employees. This will involve collaborating with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, developing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
As a key member of the learning and development team, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of a vibrant learning culture that supports employee growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS) would be an asset.
