Strategic Learning and Capability Director

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Learning and Capability Director to lead the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of our learning and capability programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading learning and development teams in fast-paced and large complex organizations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs
- Maintain and implement our capability framework
- Develop and implement performance frameworks and talent development models
- Design and implement skills taxonomies aligned to our job family framework
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience leading a learning and development team or similar role in a fast-paced and large complex organization
- Demonstrated expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery and evaluation
- Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs and enterprise capability frameworks

Salary: $123,702 - $136,900 (plus 15.4% superannuation)
