About This Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, responding to daily enquiries and front desk transactions with professionalism and courtesy. You will be the first point of contact for residents, providing local insights and keeping them informed of upcoming events, which is essential for their overall experience.

We value resident safety and well-being above all else, and you will play a key role in monitoring, reporting, and escalating concerns as required. This may involve conducting room inspections and maintaining accurate student data on our property management system (StarRez).

This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. While prior experience in customer service or reception is desirable, we are open to training team members with no experience provided they are eager to learn and adapt quickly.
