Resident Experience Manager

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Resident Services Coordinator, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our residents. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with people.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional resident services by triaging enquiries, updating resident information, and collaborating with accounts team members.
- Plan and execute engaging resident activities, such as happy hours and outings, to foster a sense of community and social interaction among residents.
- Work closely with the Sales Advisor and Regional Operations Managers to ensure seamless delivery of village maintenance, unit modifications, new admissions, and open days.
- You possess proven experience in administration support roles within fast-paced environments.
- You excel at prioritizing tasks effectively and work comfortably independently or as part of a team.
- You enjoy building meaningful relationships with staff, residents, and their families, providing exceptional customer service.
- You prioritize communication, organization, and attention to detail skills to deliver outstanding results.
