We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our front-line team in providing exceptional customer service and support. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and exceeding resident expectations.
About the Role:- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with residents, colleagues, and external partners to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and address areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management as needed.
- Valid work rights in Australia.
- National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (Vic).
- Current Agents Representative Certificate lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria.
