Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our front-line team in providing exceptional customer service and support. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and exceeding resident expectations.

About the Role:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with residents, colleagues, and external partners to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management as needed.
Key Requirements:
  • Valid work rights in Australia.
  • National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Working with Children Check (Vic).
  • Current Agents Representative Certificate lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria.
