About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team at Infinite Care. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing resident-centric care to our elderly residents, enabling them to remain independent and live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify residents' needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in the Australian Aged Care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
