Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care services, including hygiene, showering, and general grooming
- Transport clients to and from appointments
- Support with domestic cleaning and meal preparation
- Hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Current Australian driver's licence and registered, insured vehicle
- Ability to travel up to 45 minutes for clients
- Salary range: $31.89 per hour + 11.5% superannuation
- Tax-free benefits: salary packaging up to $15,899 per annum + meal and entertainment card
- Travel reimbursement: 99c per km
- Equipment: smartphone and specific tools provided
- Support: full rostering and administrative support for appointment management
- Professional development: training opportunities and career advancement
