- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
- Have a minimum of 1 year's experience in the Australian aged care sector.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
