Feros Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team as a Community Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to older adults in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based in-home physiotherapy services to Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
- Lead group exercise and healthy lifestyle classes to foster strength, balance, and wellness in the community.
- Assist clients in overcoming barriers and achieving their goals.
- Ensure efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
- Organisational, negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and client management software.
- MUST be able to provide Clinical hours of Service from previous employment.
- A current unrestricted driver's license.
- Salary banding between: $67,393 - $100,224 pro rata plus 11.5% super.
- Salary packaging: up to $15,899 tax-free annually.
- Meal and Entertainment Card: up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income per.
- KM reimbursement: 99c per km.
- Smart phone and laptop supplied.
- Role specific equipment supplied.
- Supported by a full rostering and admin team to book appointments, manage your calendar and negotiate client funding.
