Biomedical Equipment Support Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide technical support for medical equipment in a fast-paced hospital environment.

  • Carry out acceptance testing, calibration, maintenance, repair, development, education, documentation, and other technical support services for medical technology
  • Maintain a range of medical and scientific instrumentation including electromechanical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Work closely with a team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of technical support services
Requirements
  • Associate Diploma in Electronics or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in repairing and maintaining electronics equipment
  • Knowledge of Australian Standards relating to medical equipment
  • Current NSW drivers license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
