Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of laboratory diagnostic instruments and automation systems.
  • Deploy and integrate new equipment in laboratory settings to ensure seamless operations.
  • Respond promptly to technical issues to minimize downtime and guarantee high service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of services, including inventory, orders, and reports.
  • Comply with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and stakeholders to enhance their experience.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Valid driver's license and permanent work rights in Australia.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows environments; knowledge of LIS systems, Middleware Solutions, Linux, CAN-BUS, and interfacing principles is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to apply engineering principles to real-world challenges.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate strong self-organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
