Job Title: Medical Equipment Technician

About the Role

This is a temporary full-time position in our biomedical engineering department. As a medical equipment technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of medical equipment used in hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of medical equipment to ensure it functions properly.
  • Performing routine checks and tests on equipment to identify any potential issues.
  • Collaborating with other team members to resolve equipment-related problems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification such as an Associate Diploma in Electronics or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Australian Standards relating to medical equipment.
  • Current NSW drivers license (P1 and P2 acceptable).

You must also have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen.
