Job Title: Medical Equipment Technician
About the RoleThis is a temporary full-time position in our biomedical engineering department. As a medical equipment technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of medical equipment used in hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of medical equipment to ensure it functions properly.
- Performing routine checks and tests on equipment to identify any potential issues.
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve equipment-related problems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification such as an Associate Diploma in Electronics or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards relating to medical equipment.
- Current NSW drivers license (P1 and P2 acceptable).
You must also have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen.
