Job Description

SEO Account Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled SEO Account Manager to join our team at Zenith. As an SEO Account Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering effective and holistic SEO campaigns that exceed client objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Marketing: Assist in the research, ideation, planning, and production of SEO content
  2. On-site SEO: Deliver recommendations for technical and user-centric on-site SEO to drive SEO performance growth
  3. Off-site SEO: Deliver off-site SEO audits and recommendations
  4. Data & Insights: Use data to inform keyword strategy, reporting outputs, and wider strategic approach
  5. Account Management: Be aware of the business needs of clients and keep them happy
  6. Cross-channel Initiatives: Assist the growth of our cross-channel search offering, covering SEO, Paid Search, and how they can work symbiotically

About You

  1. We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years' experience in an SEO role, ideally agency-side
  2. You should have a strong grasp of Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  3. You should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  4. You should have a solid awareness of how to measure the impact of SEO-based strategies through analytics platforms and other external metrics
  5. You should be able to identify organic search opportunities, set business-relevant KPIs, project organic search performance, and estimate expected return on investment
  6. You should be proficient in Search Trends, Demographic, and User-behaviour data to reinforce an owned-first strategy
