About the Role

We are seeking an SEO Project Lead to join our team at LION Digital. As an integral part of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing successful SEO strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement successful SEO strategies.
  • Account manage 15-20 client projects.
  • Manage key stakeholders and set clear expectations.
  • Regularly report on key metrics and project status to stakeholders.
  • Work towards organic search optimisation, regularly perform thorough keywords research.
  • Suggest process improvements and productivity optimisation.
  • Improve website performance based on platform strengths and weaknesses.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of projects, scheduling and resourcing.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working in search engine optimisation working with the same organisation.
  • Proven track record of managing and retaining client accounts.
  • Knowledgeable in using content management systems (CMS) to optimise websites - Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce, Neto.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience using and understanding SEO tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming frog among others).
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Excel and G Suite products.
  • Based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane.
