Employee Relations Strategist

The role of a Senior Employee Relations Advisor is crucial in assisting member schools with strategic planning, negotiation, and approval of Enterprise Agreements.
This position requires providing written and telephone advice on employee relations matters, including compliance with relevant workplace relations legislation, managing underperformance and misconduct, and award and enterprise agreement compliance.
Key responsibilities include visiting member schools for bargaining meetings and developing strong relationships with leadership teams and key stakeholders.
To be successful, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Employee Relations Specialist, with a comprehensive knowledge of relevant workplace relations legislation.
Demonstrated ability in negotiating, drafting, and approval of enterprise agreements is essential, along with high levels of credibility, integrity, and trust.
A strong focus on building relationships, combined with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, are required to excel in this role.
