About the Role

The Regional Manager - North Queensland will play a key role in driving the bank's growth and success in the region. This is a permanent full-time position that will cover branches in North Queensland, including the Cassowary Coast, Whitsundays, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the region, aligned with the bank's overall strategic plan.
  • Build and execute a sales operating rhythm to achieve set targets and grow business performance.
  • Collaborate with branch leaders to establish effective sales and customer engagement strategies.
  • Evaluate and improve operational and risk management practices.

About You

  • Proven experience in developing strategic plans and leading teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and implement financial management, business acumen, and risk framework principles.
  • Experience in successfully leading teams across multiple sites would be desirable.
