Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Implementation and Product Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

This role involves managing the implementation, maintenance, training, and support of our online booking tools, traveller profile management system, and customer portal. Key responsibilities include:

  • Testing and quality assurance
  • First and second-level customer support
  • Investigation and resolution of faults with our online tools

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to adapt communication style depending on audience knowledge levels
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
  • A working knowledge of the Amadeus GDS system
  • Understanding of Cytric, Serko, and/or Agency Manager (AGM) is desirable
  • Knowledge of airline policies and procedures and air fares
