About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining strict quality control measures. A strong background in volume/production residential construction is essential, along with proven experience in managing sites efficiently while prioritizing team safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site operations to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to OH&S regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • QBCC Supervisor Licence.
  • Extensive experience in volume/production residential construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing sites, prioritizing team safety, and adhering to OH&S regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for building effective relationships.
  • Trade background, preferably in carpentry.
  • Proficiency in IT and software, especially Onsite Companion.
