We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to fill the role of Construction Site Director. In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day activities on our high-volume residential construction site at Cotswold Hills.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to take charge of managing a dynamic team. As Construction Site Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in volume/production residential construction, with a strong background in site management and leadership. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and inspire their team, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
  • Manage a team of skilled tradespeople, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of the finished product.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in volume/production residential construction, with a strong background in site management and leadership.

  • A commitment to health and safety, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines.
