Project Manager Job Opportunity

QA Build is a leading provider of high-end residential communities, renowned for delivering exceptional quality and innovation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple teams to ensure timely project completion, maintaining high standards of quality and safety on-site. Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective coordination with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintaining accurate records and monitoring costs to meet budget requirements
  • Leading by example and fostering a positive team culture

We are seeking an experienced manager with a trade background, who takes pride in seeing empty lots transform into homes that people love. The ideal candidate should be proactive, action-oriented, and responsible, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Key Requirements:
  • QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential
  • Extensive experience in volume/production residential construction
  • Proven background managing sites efficiently, considering Health and Safety
  • OH&S detailed understanding, qualifications even better
  • Drivers Licence
  • Trade background essential, preferably in carpentry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence to make informed decisions quickly
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in delivering high-end residential communities, working closely with our expert teams to achieve impressive build times and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
