About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our high-volume residential construction site at Cotswold Hills.

As a volume and production builder, we require a manager who understands the fast-paced nature of residential construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team of Labourers, Plant Operators, and Contractors delivering homes on time and to budget, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the site, labour force, and contractors to deliver homes on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety across the site.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Labourers, Plant Operators, and Contractors.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in volume/production residential construction.
  • Proven track record of managing sites efficiently with strong leadership skills.
  • QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential.
  • Detailed understanding of OH&S regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Trade background with a focus on carpentry is preferred.
