As a result, we're looking to expand our Fintech Sales Associate team to meet the growing demands of our customers.

Job DescriptionAs an Lendi Associate, you'll master the art of sales, handle inbound customer enquiries, and make outbound contact with leads to assist with their lending needs. You'll leverage our innovative Lendi Platform to enable seamless sales processes and create exceptional experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect customers over the phone and discuss their lending needs
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
- Identify opportunities for customers to refinance existing loans or obtain finance for new purchases
- Leverage sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment
This role is well-suited to final year university students, new graduates, candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service, and those interested in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.
